JERRY HOLDEN, CEO
Jerry Holden is the Chief Executive Officer of THA Brands. A former professional baseball player and graduate The Ohio State University, Jerry has built a reputation of success in the real estate industry over many years. He has been the #1 top sales agent in North Central Ohio for 11 consecutive years and is a top sales agent in the state of Ohio, having completed over $250 million in real estate transactions since 2005.
Through THA Brands, Holden has introduced a new, dynamic approach to service in Ohio real estate markets by providing seamless, comprehensive operations for the benefit of the customer. The first company of its kind in the United States, THA Brands encompasses the services of real estate, property management, capital and commercial lending, mortgages, and title services within one company.
Holden has been nationally recognized by the National Association of Realtors, Inman News, and RIS Media for his unique approach to service. He attributes the success of his companies to allowing team members focus on being students of their industry, and keeping the four key principles of innovation, integrity, vision, and partnership at the center of every relationship.
In his spare time, Holden enjoys visiting South Florida, exercising, golfing, college football, and spending time with family. He and his wife Lindsey reside in Ontario, Ohio with their four children; Jaren, Liam, Nolan and Aven.

Bryan has an extensive executive career spanning over 30 years in the fields of relocation and moving, insurance, technology, finance, and talent mobility. His career has been underscored by positions ranging from leading early-stage high-growth firms to managing large divisions within public corporations. He has also held executive posts with noteworthy companies such as Safeware Corporation, Artisan Investments, Ultra-Scan Corporation, Move.com, Bekins Van Lines, North American Van Lines, and Mayflower Van Lines. Bryan is a frequent public speaker. Popular topics include: relocation trends, contemporary changes in relocation policy, and service innovations that affect workforce talent mobility. He educational background includes Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and Culver Academies in Culver, IN. Bryan also holds his Global Mobility Specialist® (GMS) designation from the Worldwide ERC®.
